承襲母堂台北靈糧堂的異象做為我們的方針
1. 傳承使命—遵行並傳遞主耶穌所頒佈的大使命、將福音傳到地極；
2. 權能宣教—靠著神的能力和聖靈的恩膏來傳福音佈道領人歸主；
3. 力行聖經—以神的話即聖經的教導做為我們生活的最高指導原則；
4. 邁向榮耀—仰望並等候主的榮耀顯現在教會裏以及在信徒的身上。
芝加哥靈糧堂的異象(目標)
「蒙恩受寵 愛神愛人 宣教植堂」
受洗歸主後，我們藉教會浸潤在天父的恩寵中，被聖靈更新、被耶穌醫治、恢復神愛子的身份，承受為父的心生養眾多。
我們領受個人的生命計劃，跟隨耶穌過成聖生活，並且愛神、服事神，在家庭、工作與社區中愛人如己。繼而，我們在教
會中彼此造就、互相牧養、各盡其職，建造五重職事的教會；並且熱心廣傳福音，被差往外地拓植教會，祝福中西部的百
姓。
芝加哥靈糧堂的發展策略
1. 敬拜讚美—敞開心靈全人尋求主、將頌讚歸給主；
2. 小組牧養—建立三代同堂、父子情深、代代相傳的小組；
3. 研讀聖經—推行讀經、研經、解經使人認識真理；
4. 追求聖靈—渴慕聖靈、操練聖靈恩賜、經歷聖靈更新；
5. 見證主名—效法耶穌走十架道路，服事人、服事主；
6. 團隊服事—發展五重職事、成全聖徒各盡其職、使教會增長茁壯；
7. 宣教植堂—參與宣教植堂的工作，差派宣教士往近處及遠處傳福音建立教會；
8. 教會合一—與地方教會同心協力，在一主一信一洗的基礎上建立基督的身體。

Mission Statement of Our Mother Church the Taipei Bread of Life
1. To Fulfill the Great Commission—to preach the gospel to as many people as possible;
2. To Evangelize through God’s Power—to evangelize with the power of the Holy Spirit;
3. To Live out the Bible—to abide by the Word of God in our daily lives;
4. To March towards God’s Glory—to look forward to the glory of God in, but not limited to,
the church setting.
A three-fold Mission Statement of Bread of Life in Chicago
1. To find favor in the sight of God,
2. To love God and our neighbors,
3. To plant churches and conduct mission works
After being baptized, we are soaked in the love of our heavenly Father, renewed by the Holy Spirit, healed by Jesus,
restored to the beloved son’s status, capable of giving birth to the multitude of spiritual off-springs on account of a
father’s heart gradually matured within us. We will receive individual life plans from God our Lord, follow Jesus to lead
a sanctified live, to love and to serve God, to love one another in our families, vocations, and communities.
Subsequently, we will serve and shepherd one another mutually in the church with an intent to build a five-fold
ministry church, spread the gospel with passion, plant churches in the Midwest, pray for heavenly blessing on people
in this area.
Our Objectives：
1. Worship and Praise—to offer worship and praise to God;
2. Cell Group Ministry—to establish cell group fellowship and to maintain a lasting parent-child relationship;
3. Studying the Bible—to study the Bible as the source of inspiration and guidance;
4. Following the Holy Spirit—to lead a spirit-filled life and pursue spiritual gifts;
5. Witnessing for God—to be a witness for Jesus Christ in various aspects of one’s life;
6. Team Service—to establish team services based on individuality and spiritual gifts;
7. Missions and Church Planting—to conduct mission works and church planting endeavors;
8. Unity with the Body of Christ—to participate in local church activities and subsume under one universal church.
